Juston Leigh Price, former Division of Campus Planning, Infrastructure, and Facilities housekeeper, passed away on Nov. 10.
Price was born on Sept. 5, 2000, in Milledgeville, Georgia, to William Hugh Price and Jaime Leigh Roach Carter.
Price’s professional life was characterized by his work as a carpenter. He had a knack for creating beautiful pieces, a testament to his meticulous nature and attention to detail.
Price enjoyed woodworking, antique tools, and fishing. He also cherished opportunities to spend quality time with his family.
Price’s faith was evident in his love for his family, his commitment to his work, and his dedication to serving others. His handy skills were not just a professional asset but a personal trait that he employed in every aspect of his life. He was the go-to person for any repairs or improvements, always ready to lend a hand with a smile.
Price is survived by his parents; his mother’s fiancé, Joseph Harding; step-father, Larry Dennis Carter Jr.; fiancé, Raven Leavins; daughters, Brynleigh Rae Price and Isla Lou Price; brothers, Christopher Price, Matthew Price, Marty Shortnacy, and Grady Peacock; sister, Karissa Price; step-brother, Lil Joe; grandparents, Myron Roy Roach, Lisa Gravely, Connie Jo Dorsett, Jerome Dorsett, and Sandra Faye Ledford; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and fur babies.
Price is preceded in death by his best friend, Nick Huguley.
