The Centre Culturel Irlandais (CCI) is currently accepting applications for its annual Artist Residency Programme, which aims to promote Ireland’s contemporary culture internationally.

Eligibility is open to Irish citizens or individuals normally residing on the island of Ireland who have a professional background in creative practice. 16 January 2024 is the deadline for applications.

Poetry Ireland is offering a one-month residency for poets, as part of its annual residency programme at the Centre Culturel Irlandais (CCI) in Paris. This opportunity is aimed at poets who work in either English or Irish, providing them with a platform to engage with the rich cultural resources of Paris and to contribute to the international representation of Ireland’s dynamic contemporary culture.

To be eligible for this residency, applicants must be poets with a minimum of two collections published, which have achieved national or international distribution. This requirement ensures that the residency is awarded to individuals who have already made significant contributions to the field of poetry.
